What is Upneeq?
Upneeq (oxymetazoline hydrochloride ophthalmic solution 0.1%) is a once-daily prescription eyedrop that temporarily lifts the upper eyelid. It works by activating Müller’s muscle — a small muscle in the upper lid responsible for maintaining eyelid elevation.
Many patients notice a lift within 5–15 minutes, with a visible effect that lasts for around 6–8 hours.

Who may benefit from Upneeq?
Upneeq is designed for adults with acquired ptosis, meaning the eyelid droop began later in life rather than being present from birth. It may be helpful if you’ve noticed:
